摘要
升降出入辨证思维认为疾病的发生是由于气机的异常所导致的,通过调理气机并且针对不同的病理产物进行用药能达到有效治疗的目的,该理论已应用于多种疾病的诊疗中,并获得临床验证。气是精神意识思维活动的主导因素,情绪变化与气机密切相关。抑郁症是精神运动性迟滞症状为主要表现的一类心境障碍综合征,其发病具有生物、社会、心理等多方面的因素。本病属于中医“郁证”范畴,其病机关键在于气机失常,多脏腑受累所致,治疗当以调气为先。针灸疗法不仅是抗抑郁治疗的有效手段,还具有良好的安全性,并且耐受性良好。现以升降出入理论为指导,分析抑郁症发病的病因病机,从病势、病位、思维方式等角度,对针灸治疗的可行性方案加以梳理和探讨,以期提高临床疗效。
According to the theory of dialectical thinking of qi movement ascending and descending,the occurrence of disease is caused by the abnormality of qi movement.The purpose of effective treatment can be achieved by regulating qi movement and using drugs for different pathological products.The theory has been applied to the diagnosis and treatment of a variety of diseases and has been clinically verified.Qi is the dominant factor of mental consciousness thinking activity,and emotional change is closely related to qi movement.Depression is a kind of mood disorder syndrome mainly manifested by psychomotor retardation.Its pathogenesis has many biological,social,psychological and other factors.It belongs to the category of“depression syndrome”in traditional Chinese medicine,and the key to the pathogenesis of depression is the dysfunction of qi movement,and many viscera have been involved.The treatment should be based on regulating qi movement.Acupuncture and moxibustion therapy is not only an effective means of antidepressant treatment,but also has good safety and good tolerance.Therefore,under the guidance of qi movement ascending and descending,we analyze the pathogenesis characteristics of depression,from the perspective of disease situation,location and way of thinking,and combs and discusses the feasible scheme of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment in order to improve the clinical curative effect.
