摘要
下游水库的主要入库流量来源为上游水库出库流量及该流域段至下游水库的区间流量,区间流量受水文、下垫面、人类活动及水文模型等因素的影响,同时在枯水期短期内水文、下垫面、人类活动等因素变化量较小,上游电站出库流量,以及随着上游电站出库流量变化引起的河道水位模型的变化是下游电站入库流量变化的主要因素。通过研究下游入库流量随上游出库流量变化的规律,统计分析历史水情数据,引入流量偏差修正的方式,进一步提高水情预测数据的准确度,为实现瑞丽江电站水库的优化调度提供可靠保障。
The main inflow of downstream reservoirs are the outflow of upstream reservoir and the interval flow from the basin section to downstream reservoir.Hydrology,underlying surface,human activities and hydrological models affect interval flow.In dry season,hydrology,underlying surface,human activities and other factors change little in short term.The discharge flow of upstream power station and the change of river level model caused by the discharge flow of upstream power station are the main factors affecting the discharge of downstream power station.By studying the regularity of the downstream inflow with the upstream outflow,statistical analysis of historical water regime data and introduction of flow deviation correction,the accuracy of water regime forecast data is further improved,which provides reliable guarantee for optimum operation of reservoir of Ruilijiang Hydropower Station.
