摘要
将智能制造应用于传统钣金零件折弯行业,对钣金零件全自动连续折弯工艺进行研究。在研究中,编排了工艺路线,确认了靠边距离,并通过三维仿真、尺寸设定、现场修正对折弯进行过程控制,同时给出了现场应用情况。采用钣金零件全自动连续折弯工艺,可以实现自动化、数字化、精细化生产和管理。
The intelligent manufacturing was applied to the traditional sheet metal part bending industry,and the fully automatic continuous bending process of sheet metal part was researched.In the research,the process route was arranged,the distance to the side was confirmed,and the bending process was controlled through 3D simulation,size setting,and on-site correction.At the same time,the on-site application situation was given.The fully automatic continuous bending process of sheet metal part can realize automation,digitalization,and refined production and management.
