摘要
根据智能制造系统发展的要求,设计了一种具有一定自治能力的智能加工中心原型,探讨了对智能加工中心的功能要求,介绍了智能加工中心的知识获取、表达与处理方法,给出了基于开放式体系结构的原型构造方案。
An intelligent machining center(IMC)has been designed to meet therequirements onintelligent manufacturing and a comprehensive discussion is made on its functions,The pro-cessing,of manufacturing intelligence decision-making, consultation and information fusionare the key to a successful design. The methods of knowledge acquisition, representation andprocessing are presented in detail.The object-oriented method and rule-based reasoningtechnique are used in the knowledge system and the prototype of the IMC is developed on thebasis of an open architecture.
