摘要
目的:观察川芎清脑颗粒治疗偏头痛患者的临床效果。方法:选取80例偏头痛患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组给予盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗,观察组给予川芎清脑颗粒治疗,比较两组治疗前后中医证候积分、治疗总有效率、临床症状缓解情况和不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,观察组头部刺痛或胀痛、头晕目眩、恶风畏寒、肢体沉重等中医证候积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为92.50%(37/40),高于对照组的75.00%(30/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组头痛发作次数少于对照组,头痛持续时间短于对照组,视觉模拟评分法评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:川芎清脑颗粒治疗偏头痛患者可提高治疗总有效率,降低中医证候积分,改善临床症状缓解情况,效果优于盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗。
Objective:To observe clinical effects of Chuanxiong Qingnao granules on migraine patients.Methods:80 migraine patients were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,each with 40 cases.The control group was treated with Flunarizine hydrochloride capsules,while the observation group was treated with Chuanxiong Qingnao granules.The scores of TCM syndromes,the total effective rate of treatment,the relief of clinical symptoms and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:After the treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the observation group such as head stabbing pain or distending pain,dizziness,nausea,aversion to wind and cold,and heavy limbs were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 92.50%(37/40),which was higher than 75.00%(30/40)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The headache attack number in the observation group were fewer than that in the control group;the duration of headaches was shorter than that of the control group;the visual analog score was lower than that of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Chuanxiong Qingnao granules can improve the total effective rate of treatment of the migraine patients reduce the scores of TCM syndromes,and improve the relief of clinical symptoms.Moreover,it is superior to Flunarizine hydrochloride capsules treatment.
