摘要
目的:探讨柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤加减联合氟桂利嗪治疗偏头痛的效果。方法:选择2021年8月—2022年7月安徽中医药大学附属六安市中医院神经内科门诊收治的195例偏头痛患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为观察组(n=98)和对照组(n=97)。对照组予以氟桂利嗪治疗,观察组在此基础上联合柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤加减治疗。比较两组治疗后的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、头痛持续时间、头痛频率及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组VAS评分、头痛持续时间、头痛频率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤加减联合氟桂利嗪治疗偏头痛的安全性与单用氟桂利嗪无显著差异,但治疗效果及对患者头痛缓解程度优于单用氟桂利嗪。
Objective:To explore the effect of Chaihu plus Longgu Muli Decoction modified combined with Flunarizine in the treatment of migraine.Method:A total of 195 patients with migraine admitted to the Neurology Department of Lu’an Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital Affiliated to Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the study objects,and they were randomly divided into observation group(n=98)and control group(n=97)using random number table method.The control group was treated with Flunarizine,while the observation group was treated with Chaihu plus Longgu Muli Decoction modified.the visual analogue scale(VAS)scores,headache duration,headache frequency,and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups after treatment were compared.Result:The VAS score,headache duration,and headache frequency in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The safety of Chaihu plus Longgu Muli Decoction modified combined with Flunarizine in the treatment of migraine has no significant difference from that of Flunarizine alone,but the therapeutic effect and the degree of headache relief in patients are better than that of Flunarizine alone.
