摘要
目的:观察千金苇茎汤合桔梗汤联合纤维支气管镜下肺泡灌洗对支气管扩张急性加重期痰热壅肺证患者的临床疗效。方法:将60例支气管扩张患者按照随机数字表法分为两组各30例。对照组予西医常规治疗方法,治疗组在西医常规治疗的基础上加用中药千金苇茎汤合桔梗汤并联合纤维支气管镜下肺泡灌洗治疗(BAL)。治疗2周后比较两组临床疗效。结果:两组治疗后临床症状评分及疗效均改善(P﹤0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P﹤0.05)。与治疗前比较,两组治疗后肺功能指标、血清炎症因子水平均有明显改善(P﹤0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论:千金苇茎汤合桔梗汤并联合BAL治疗痰热壅肺型支气管扩张急性加重期的临床疗效确切。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Qianjin Weijing decoction and Jiegeng decoction and bronchoalveolar lavage(BAL)by fiberoptic bronchoscopy on acute exacerbation of bronchiectasis with syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing lung.Methods:60 cases of patients with bronchiectasis were divided into two groups by random number table,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the treatment group was treated plus with Chinese herbal medicine Qianjin Weijing decoction and Jiegeng decoction and bronchoalveolar lavage by fiberoptic bronchoscopy on the basis of conventional western medicine.After 2 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy were compared between two groups.Results:After treatment in both groups,the clinical symptom score and the total effective were improved(P﹤0.05),and the treatment group were better than control group(P﹤0.05).Compared with before treatment,lung function indexes and serum inflammatory factors were significantly improved in two groups after treatment(P﹤0.05),and these indicators of treatment group were better than those of control group(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:Chinese herbal medicine Qianjin Weijing decoction and Jugeng decoction and BAL for treating the acute exacerbation of bronchiectasis with syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing lung has the definite clinical efficacy.
