摘要
目的:探究针灸联合康复治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:选择2016年1月-2019年1月在我院进行治疗的腰椎间盘突出患者共90例,按照治疗方法的不同分为对照组和观察组,对照组(45例,康复治疗),观察组(45例,针灸联合康复治疗)。治疗结束后分别对两组患者的治疗结果进行分析。结果:两组患者治疗后,皆有一定程度好转,观察组患者恢复效果较对照组患者更好,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:针灸联合康复治疗腰椎间盘突出症能够得到很好的疗效,改善患者的血清炎症因子,值得在临床上进行推广应用。
Objective:To investigate the effect of acupuncture plus rehabilitation on lumbar disc herniation.Methods:According to the treatment methods,90 patients were divided into the control group and observation group,45 cases in each group.The control group was given rehabilitation treatment,the observation group was given acupuncture plus rehabilitation treatment.After the treatment,the results of two groups were analyzed.Results:The efficacy in the observation group was better than the control group,with a statistically significant differences.Conclusion:Acupuncture plus rehabilitation treatment on lumbar disc herniation shows a very good effect,can improve serum inflammatory factors,is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
