摘要
张昱教授从风论治IgA肾病蛋白尿,认为IgA肾病的发病以"脾肾亏虚"为内在因素,风邪侵袭,诱发本病。之后内、外、伏风三者夹杂导致迁延难愈,久病多瘀,导致机体凝血功能或血流动力学发生改变,与痰饮、水湿、热毒等病理产物相互胶结,日久酿生毒邪,可对应机体中的肌酐、尿素氮以及炎症因子等升高。以祛风法、御风法、搜风法、熄风法为治疗方法,以遣方用药。
Professor Zhang Yu treated IgA nephropathy proteinuria by removing Wind evil factor, by believing that the onset of IgA nephropathy is based on "Spleen and Kidney deficiency" as the internal factor, with wind pathogens invading to induce the disease.Afterward, the internal, external, and Wind factors are mixed and cause the disease to persist and hardly to heal.Chronic illness and multiple blood stasis lead to changes in body′s blood coagulation function and hemodynamics, which would in cementation with pathological products such as Phlegm, Water Dampness and Heat toxin and brewing more and more evil toxins with time.It can be responded with the increase of creatinine, urea nitrogen, and inflammatory factors in the body.Therefore, the methods of dispelling the Wind, preventing the Wind, searching the Wind and extinguishing the Wind should be applied in treatment of the disease, with corresponding medicine the prescription.
