摘要
随着建筑行业的不断发展,建筑工程项目管理的要求和深度也在不断加强,在如今信息化飞速发展的时代,项目管理信息化成为了建筑工程持续发展的关注重点。发展项目管理信息化可以进一步优化建设资源的分配和调度,为打造建筑工程“互联网+”模式奠定基础,在提高管理人员管理水平的同时,充分节约建设成本,促进建筑行业的健康稳定发展。鉴于此,本文基于新形势背景下,首先阐述了信息化在建筑施工管理中的应用意义,其次针对建筑工程信息化技术应用中存在的问题给予了进一步分析,并提出了可行的建筑工程信息化建设路径,以期能为业界人士给予可参考性建议。
With the continuous development of the construction industry,the requirements and depth of construction project management are also constantly strengthened.In today's era of rapid development of informatization,project management informatization has become the focus of the sustainable development of construction engineering.Developing project management informatization can further optimize the allocation and scheduling of resources,lay the foundation for building the"Internet plus"mode of construction projects,and improve the management level of management personnel,while fully saving construction costs,thus promoting the healthy and stable development of the construction industry.In view of this,based on the background of the new situation,this paper first expounds the application significance of informatization in construction management,then further analyzes the problems existing in the application of construction engineering informatization technology,and puts forward a feasible road of construction engineering informatization construction,in order to give referential suggestions for people in the industry.
