摘要
探讨兰索拉唑四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性胃十二指肠溃疡的临床效果。选取57例Hp阳性胃十二指肠溃疡患者,分为三联组和四联组,比较两组的近远期疗效、Hp转阴率及用药安全性。四联组的Hp转阴率、治疗总有效率显著高于三联组(P<0.05);四联组的复发率及不良反应发生率显著低于三联组(P<0.05)。兰索拉唑四联疗法治疗Hp阳性胃十二指肠溃疡具有较理想的近远期效果,可促进Hp转阴,降低复发率,用药安全性高。
The research explores the clinical effect of lansoprazole quadruple therapy for helicobacter pylori(Hp)positive gastroduodenal ulcer.57 patients with Hp positive gastroduodenal ulcer are selected,and they are divided into triplet and quadruple therapy.Short and long term efficiency,Hp negative conversion ratio,and medication safety of two groups are compared.Hp negative conversion and total effective treatment efficiency of quadruple group are significantly higher than triplet group(P<0.05).Recurrence rate and adverse reaction rate of quadruple group are significantly lower than triplet group(P<0.05).Lansoprozole quadruple therapy for Hp positive gastroduodenal ulcer has ideal short and long term effect,promote Hp negative conversion,reduce recurrence rate,and has medication safety.
