摘要
分析复方甘草酸苷在皮肤性病治疗中的应用效果。选取240例皮肤性病患者,按照治疗方案的不同将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各120例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上使用复方甘草酸苷注射液治疗。结果表明:观察组的治疗有效率为89.3%,显著高于对照组的80.0%(P<0.05)。对照组的疾病复发率为17.5%,显著高于观察组的4.2%(P<0.05)。在常规治疗方案的基础上应用复方甘草酸苷治疗皮肤性病能取得满意成效,且有助于降低疾病复发率。
The study analyzes the application effect of compound glycyrrhizin in the treatment of cutaneous venereal disease.240 patients with cutaneous venereal disease are selected,and they are divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment schedules,with 120 patients in each group.Control group receive routine treatment,and observation group receive compound glycyrrhizin treatment based on control group.The results show that the effective treatment rate of observation group is 89.3%,which is significantly better than 80.0%in control group(P<0.05).The disease recurrence rate of control group is 17.5%,which is significantly better than 4.2%in observation group(P<0.05).Compound glycyrrhizin in the treatment of cutaneous venereal disease based on routine treatment schedule can achieve satisfactory effect,and it is beneficial to reduce disease recurrence rate.
