摘要
目的探究康复护理在腰椎间盘突出症患者中的应用效果.方法选取该院2019年4月—2020年1月收治的50例腰椎间盘突出症患者为研究对象,按照护理干预方法的不同将其分为对照组和研究组,每组25例.对照组患者采用常规护理,研究组患者采用康复护理,比较两组患者的康复效果、疾病复发率以及护理满意度.结果比较两组患者的康复率,研究组的92.00%明显高于对照组的68.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).比较两组患者的疾病复发率,研究组的4.00%显著低于对照组的32.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).比较两组的护理满意度,研究组的96.00%显著高于对照组的68.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论腰椎间盘突出症患者采用康复护理能够改善患者症状,提高康复效果,有效控制疾病复发,提高患者的护理满意度,值得临床应用并推广.
Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing in patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods A total of 50 patients with lumbar disc herniation who were admitted to the hospital from April 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the different nursing intervention methods,they were divided into a control group and a study group,with 25 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with routine care,and patients in the study group were treated with rehabilitation care.The rehabilitation effect,disease recurrence rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results Comparing the recovery rate of the two groups of patients,92.00%in the study group was significantly higher than 68.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing the recurrence rate of the two groups of patients,4.00%in the study group was significantly lower than 32.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing the nursing satisfaction of the two groups,96.00%in the study group was significantly higher than 68.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing for patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation can improve the symptoms,improve the rehabilitation effect,effectively control the recurrence of the disease,and the patient’s nursing satisfaction was improved,it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
