摘要
适应高等教育高质量发展要求,以开放精神、全球意识开拓未来,向着理想“型态”转变,是大学自身内涵发展的主动性要求,亦是高等教育应对外部社会环境的适应性选择,从大学的理念、人才培养的创新和办学模式的升级都彰显了大学转型不断走向开放。因此,开放大学转型发展应走向全方位的开放,在人才培养、体系建设及技术特色方面凸显个性化发展、协同式治理,以及技术与教育教学的生态融合。
To adapt to the high-quality development requirements of higher education,it is the university's own initiative of connotation development to develop its future via the spirit of openness and the global awareness,and to transform toward the ideal"type".It is also the adaptable choice of higher education to the external social environment.It highlights the university transformation is becoming more open from aspects of the university idea,the innovation of the personnel training and the upgrading of the education mode.Therefore,the transformation and development of Open University should move towards all-round opening,highlighting personalized development,collaborative governance and ecological integration of technology and education in talent cultivation,system construction and technological characteristics.
