大南湖矿区煤岩煤质特征及清洁利用方向探讨 被引量:3

摘要 以吐哈盆地大南湖矿区为研究对象,整理煤质测试数据,结合采样测试数据分析了大南湖矿区25煤层的煤岩煤质特征,重点论述了显微煤岩组分特征、灰分、挥发分产率、硫分、H/C及变化规律、工艺性能和有害元素等,绘制了相应煤质指标等值线分布图,并参照气流床气化用煤指标和煤炭清洁利用潜力评价体系,划分了25煤层的气化等级和洁净等级,研究表明:大南湖矿区25煤层煤岩显微组分以镜质组分为主,次为惰质组,煤质以低灰分,高挥发分,特低硫分,较高热稳定性、易磨的不黏煤为主,为优质气化用煤原料,原煤煤洁净等级为Ⅲ级,属较好洁净煤;浮煤洁净等级为Ⅱ级,属好洁净煤。 Taking the Da’nanhu mining area in the Turpan-Hami Basin as the subject investigated combined with sampling and testing data have analyzed coal No.25 coal petrologic and quality features.The paper has expounded with focus on maceral features,ash content,volatile matter yield,sulfur content,H/C atomic ratio and their variation pattern,as well as technologic properties and hazardous elements etc have mapped corresponding coal quality indices isogram distribution map.Refer to entrained flow gasification coal indices and coal clean utilization potential assessment system have designated coal No.25 gasification grade and clean grade.The study has shown that macerals of coal No.25 in Da’nanhu mining area are mainly vitrinite,inertinite the second.Coal quality is mainly low ash,high volatile matter,extra-low sulfur,higher thermal stability and easy abrasive non-caking coal.The coal can be used as quality gasification raw material,raw coal clean grade III,belongs to better clean coal,float coal clean grade II belongs to quality clean coal.
