摘要
当前社会存在结构性就业矛盾,大部分高校毕业生的职业能力不能很好地符合企业的用工需求。“1+x”证书制度的施行将有利于解决毕业生实践能力薄弱、所学知识与实际工作需求脱节的问题,更好地培养出符合国家、行业、企业发展需要的技能型人才,促进我国职业教育健康有序发展。从优化课程体系建设、设置课证融通教学内容、提升教学团队能力建设和借助政府、行业、企业、学校、学生、教师六方协同等四个方面着手,将有利于电子商务专业“1+x”证书制度的落地执行。
There are structural employment contradictions in the current society,and most of the vocational ability of college graduates cannot well meet the employment needs of enterprises.The implementation of“1+x”certificate system will help solve the problems of the weak practical ability of graduates and the disconnection between the knowledge they have learned and the actual work needs,better cultivate skilled talents in line with the development needs of the country,the industry and enterprises,and promote the healthy and orderly development of vocational education in China.It will be beneficial to the implementation of“1+x”certificate system of e-commerce major from four aspects,namely,optimizing the construction of curriculum system,setting up the teaching content of course and certificate integration,improving the teaching team’s ability building and utilizing the cooperation of government,industry,enterprises,schools,students and teachers.
