摘要
目的:了解大学生营养知识、态度、行为现状,为开展学校营养教育工作提供依据。方法:以徐州医药高等职业学校在校学生为研究对象,采用分层随机整群抽样的方法抽取样本,以问卷形式进行调查,调查内容包括基本信息、营养知识、信念和行为4部分。结果:学生营养水平较低,营养知识得分为(31.3±6.8)分,营养信念得分为(3.4±1.0)分,营养行为得分为(4.3±1.6)分,营养KAP总体得分为(39.0±7.1)分。女生营养KAP得分(39.3±7.4)高于男生(38.4±6.3);年级越高,营养KAP得分越高(F=1405.0,P<0.05);学习过营养知识的学生得分(40.7±6.5)高于未学习者(35.7±7.2);消费水平高者得分高于消费水平低者(F=42.8,P<0.05)。结论:学生营养KAP情况不乐观,知识水平较薄弱,存在不良饮食行为,学校应积极开展合理的干预措施,改善营养现状,提高学生营养膳食水平。
Objective:To learn the knowledge,attitude and practice for nutrition among college students.Methods:students were selected from Xuzhou medical higher vocational school with the method of staged cluster sampling,their status was investigated with questionnaire for the basal information and knowledge,attitude and practice about nutrition.Results:The students’nutritional level was low,the nutritional knowledge score was(31.3±6.8),the nutritional belief score was(3.4±1.0),the nutritional behavior score was(4.3±1.6),and the overall nutritional KAP score was(39.0±7.1)point.The nutritional KAP score of girls(39.3±7.4)is higher than that of boys(38.4±6.3);the higher the grade,the higher the nutritional KAP score(F=1405.0,P<0.05);the students who have studied nutrition have higher scores(40.7±6.5)For those who did not learn(35.7±7.2);those with high consumption level score higher than those with low consumption level(F=42.8,P<0.05).Conclusion:The nutritional KAP of students is not optimistic,their knowledge level is weak,and there are unhealthy eating behaviors.Schools should actively carry out reasonable intervention measures to improve their nutritional status,and improve their nutritional dietary level.
