摘要
皮带断裂问题是带式输送机工作中常见问题,能够设计出一款皮带防断裂装置具有很大的意义。该装置运用工业相机捕捉皮带表面图像,通过设定的计算机算法图像分析,运用激光条纹像素之间光条偏移距离、光条中心曲率以及得到的其他参数与设定的值相比较,能够减少小裂纹拓展甚至导致皮带断裂的可能性。
The belt breakage problem is a common problem in the work of belt conveyor,and it is of great significance to be able to design a belt breakage prevention device.The device uses an industrial camera to capture the image of the belt surface,and through the set computer algorithm image analysis,using the laser stripe pixels between the light bar offset distance,the light bar center curvature and other parameters obtained compared with the set value,the alarm immediately issued,can reduce the possibility of small cracks to expand or even lead to belt breakage.
