摘要
针对方山店坪煤矿2041巷掘进期间SSJ-100型带式输送机拉线急停开关在出现跑偏、打滑、撕带时不能及时对输送机断电问题,主要分析了拉线急停开关的工作原理及常见故障,并提出了相应的解决措施.通过实际应用效果来看,取得了显著应用成效.
Aiming at the common faults of SSJ-100 type belt conveyor pull line stop switch during the excavation of 2041 roadway in Fangshan Dianping Coal Mine, which causes the belt conveyor to appear the deviation, the slip, the tear belt time does not start,the paper mainly analyzes the working principle and common faults of the cable stop switch, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. Through the practical application effect, remarkable application effect has been obtained.
