摘要
针对高校人事管理存在的人才引进成果转化率不高、人员激励后劲不足、团队建设不科学等问题,提出将MBTI理论应用于辅助高校人事管理工作,并对MBTI理论在人员岗位安排、团队组建、激励机制构建等工作中的具体应用提出设想。
In view of the problems existing in the personnel management of colleges and universities,such as the low conversion rate of talent introduction achievements,the lack of staff incentive stamina and the unscientific team construction,this paper proposes to apply MBTI theory to assist the personnel management of colleges and universities,and it also puts forward some ideas on the specific application of MBTI theory in personnel post arrangement,team construction and incentive mechanism construction.
