摘要
目的探讨艾森克人格类型与帕金森病临床特征的相关性。方法统计130例帕金森病患者的临床资料,对其应用艾森克人格问卷评定人格类型,采用Spearman等级相关分析探讨人格特征与临床特征的相关性。结果帕金森病患者艾森克人格问卷的精神质评分在不同性别、发病年龄、文化程度方面存在显著差异(P<0.05),内外倾向评分在不同Hoehn-Yahr分期存在显著差异(P<0.05),掩饰度评分在不同性别、发病年龄、病程方面存在显著差异(P<0.05或0.01)。Spearman等级相关分析显示,帕金森病患者艾森克人格问卷的精神质评分与性别、发病年龄、文化程度呈显著负相关(P<0.05或0.01),内外倾向评分与Hoehn-Yahr分期呈显著负相关(P<0.05),掩饰度评分与文化程度呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论帕金森病患者人格类型与临床特征存在相关性,临床可根据患者人格类型制订个性化心理干预方案。
Objective To investigate the correlation between Eysenck personality type and clinical characteristics of Parkinson's disease(PD).Methods The clinical data of 130 patients with PD were collected.Eysenck personality questionnaire(EPQ)was used to evaluate personality type,and Spearman rank correlation analysis was used to explore the correlation between personality characteristics and clinical characteristics.Results The psychoticism scores of EPQ in PD patients were significantly different in gender,age of onset and educational level(P<0.05).The introversion/extraversion personality scores of Hoehn-Yahr stage were significantly different(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the concealment scores in different gender,age of onset,and course of disease(P<0.05 oR0.01).Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that the psychoticism scores of EPQ of PD patients were significantly negatively correlated with gender,age of onset,and education level(P<0.05 oR0.01).The introversion/extraversion personality scores were significantly negatively correlated with Hoehn-Yahr stage(P<0.05),and the concealment scores were significantly positively correlated with education level(P<0.05).Conclusions There is a correlation between the personality type and clinical characteristics of patients with PD,and personalized psychological intervention programs can be developed according to the patient's personality type.
