摘要
目的探讨以护理结局为导向的专案管理模式在极低出生体质量儿经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管(PICC)导管维护中的应用效果。方法选取2019年8月至2020年8月苏州市立医院收治的极低出生体质量儿86例,随机分为两组,各43例。对照组实施常规护理干预模式,观察组实施以护理结局为导向的专案管理模式,比较两组一次性穿刺成功率与依从性、导管留置时间、新生儿重症监护病房(NICU)住院时间及并发症发生率。结果观察组干预后一次性穿刺成功率与依从性均高于对照组,导管留置时间长于对照组,NICU住院时间短于对照组,总并发症发生率低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论以护理结局为导向的专案管理模式应用于极低出生体质量儿中可有效提高一次性穿刺成功率与新生儿的依从性,延长置管时间和缩短NICU住院时间,并显著降低并发症发生率。
Objective To explore the application effect of a nursing outcome-oriented project management model in the maintenance of peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC)in very low birth weight infants.Methods A total of 86 very low birth weight infants admitted to Suzhou Municipal Hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 43 cases in each group.The control group implemented a routine intervention model,and the observation group implemented a nursing outcome-oriented project management model.The two groups were compared with one-time puncture success rate and compliance,PICC indwelling time,length of stay in neonatal intensive care unit(NICU)and the incidence of complications.Results The one-time puncture success rate and compliance were higher in the observation group than the control group,the PICC indwelling time was longer in the observation group than the control group,the length of stay in NICU was shorter in the observation group than the control group,and the total incidence of complications was lower in the observation group than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions The nursing outcome-oriented project management model can effectively improve the success rate of one-time puncture and compliance in very low birth weight infants,prolong the PICC indwelling time,shorten the length of stay in NICU and reduce the incidence of complications significantly.
