摘要
新时代长江文化主要是指长江经济带范围内从古至今形成的各类物质文化和非物质文化的总和,是兼具时空性、流域性和地域性的多层次、多维度立体文化。历史文化、山水文化、区域文化和以“人”为实践主体的文化是构成长江文化的主要要素。长江文化彰显的精神情怀与社会主义核心价值观国家层面的价值目标契合,长江文化展示的人文风貌与社会主义核心价值观社会层面的价值取向一致,长江文化蕴含的理念态度与社会主义核心价值观公民个人层面的价值准则同频,因此弘扬长江文化有助于培育社会主义核心价值观。长江文化蕴含着丰富的中华优秀传统文化、革命文化和社会主义先进文化,而这三种文化是中华文化自信的来源,所以弘扬长江文化有利于坚定文化自信。需要挖掘蕴含社会主义核心价值观的优秀长江文化元素,丰富以社会主义核心价值观为主题的优秀长江文化载体,拓展含蕴社会主义核心价值观的优秀长江文化的传播空间,落实弘扬优秀长江文化培育社会主义核心价值观的主体责任,以夯实价值认同之基,筑牢文化自信之墙。
The Yangtze River culture in the new era mainly refers to the sum of all kinds of material culture and non-material culture formed in the Yangtze River economic belt from ancient times to now.Historical culture,landscape culture,regional culture and culture with“people”as the main body of practice are the main elements of the Yangtze River culture.The spiritual feelings highlighted by the Yangtze River culture are consistent with the value objectives at the national level of the socialist core values,the humanistic style displayed by the Yangtze River culture is consistent with the value orientation at the social level of the socialist core values,and the ideas and attitudes contained in the Yangtze River culture are the same as the values at the individual level of the citizens of the socialist core values,Therefore,carrying forward the Yangtze River culture helps to cultivate the socialist core values.The Yangtze River culture contains rich Chinese excellent traditional culture,revolutionary culture and advanced socialist culture,and these three cultures are the source of Chinese cultural self-confidence.Therefore,carrying forward the Yangtze River culture is conducive to strengthening cultural self-confidence.We need to tap the excellent elements of the Yangtze River culture containing the socialist core values,enrich the excellent carrier of the Yangtze River culture with the socialist core values as the theme,expand the communication space of the excellent Yangtze River culture containing the socialist core values,implement the main responsibility of carrying forward the excellent Yangtze River Culture and cultivating the socialist core values,so as to consolidate the foundation of value recognition,and build a strong wall of cultural confidence.
