摘要
长江经济带建设离不开长江文化带的建设,但单纯的经济建设中存在市场竞争,文化恰恰可以推动经济的一体化和多样化发展,推动文化和人才要素的流动。"长江经济带"的文化传统源远流长,文化基础、文化人才、文化资源包括文化旅游等不同体系是彼此关联的,经济可以有经济圈,但文化是流动发展的。长江经济带建设的同时也应该加强长江文化的建设,让长江流域的文化要素互相流通,文化感情更加密切,文化传统得到传承,文化优势充分发挥,以更好地支撑长江经济带建设的和谐度和持续度。
Yangtzi River economic construction cannot separate with Yangtzi River cultural construction,but the simple economic construction exists market competition,culture exactly can promote the integration and economic diversification,promoting culture and talent elements flow.the cultural tradition of 'Yangtzi River Economic Zone' has the long history,culture base,culture talent,culture resource and culture tourism are closely related different systems,economy can has the economic zone,but culture development is liquid developing.Yangtzi economic construction also should strengthen the Yangtzi cultural construction,make the cukure elements of Yangtzi River zone communicate with each other,culture feeling become closely,culture tradition carries on,culture advantage develops fully,then can be supported the harmony and adherence of Yangtzi River economic construction.
