摘要
在工业生产环境中,粉尘云会对工作人员产生职业危害,也会对生产设备造成危害,导致生产中断甚至安全事故。电气设备在工业生产中不可或缺,研究人员为研究工业电气设备的防尘性能开发了一种1 m^(3)粉尘环境模拟装置。该试验装置的基本功能是利用持续气流使粉尘在罐体内形成相对稳定分布的粉尘环境,其内部空间可放置电气设备进行长时间的试验。为预测粉尘在装置中的分布,利用Fluent中的离散相模型对惰性粉尘进行了粉尘环境模拟装置内扩散的数值模拟研究。结果表明,粒径为1μm、10μm、30μm、50μm和70μm的粉尘均可以在装置内部形成粉尘云,其罐体中心质量浓度可维持在0.2~0.5 kg/m^(3)。不同粒径的粉尘分布截然不同,粒径越小的粉尘扩散的均匀程度越高,而较大粒径粉尘的运动稳定性更好,但分布均匀度较差,保持进气速度在40 m/s以上可以获得良好的粉尘扩散效果。
Electrical equipment is indispensable in industrial production.To study the dustproof performance of industrial electrical equipment,a 1 m^(3) dust environment simulator is about to be designed.The function of the 1 m^(3) dust environment simulator is to generate a continuous and relatively stable distributed dust environment with a fixed amount of dust by a continuous airflow.To predict the dust distribution in the tank of the dust environment simulator,the CFD software Fluent was engaged in conducting numerical simulations on the diffusion performance of inert dust.The physical model of the 1 m^(3) dust environment simulator and the mesh were both built by ICEM CFD.In the simulation,the κ-ε two-equation model and the discrete phase model or DPM were used to build a two-dimensional mathematical model of air-dust fluid.The particle collisions and the influence of the discrete phase on the fluid phase were disregarded because the volume ratio of dust in the 1 m^(3) tank is far less than 10%.And the boundary conditions were set to simulate the working conditions of the true device.The numerical simulation results show that 1 μm,10 μm,30 μm,50 μm,and 70 μm dusts can all diffuse and form persistent dust clouds in the 1 m^(3) dust environment simulator.But different sized particles have quite different behaviors and distribution patterns.The dust with smaller particles including 1 μm and 10 μm dusts have more uniform dispersion.The particles can fill the entire space in the tank.While the dust with larger particles including 30 μm,50 μm and 70 μm dusts have a more stable distribution.The larger particles do not fill the entire space in the tank but they can always hold similar distribution patterns.Also,a larger intake airflow rate below 40 m/s can improve the dust diffusion effect.The 1 m^(3) dust environment simulator is a brand new design in the field of dust study which can provide a continuous dust cloud to simulate a dust environment.
