机器人随动技术在铸造行业悬链上下件中的应用分析 被引量:1

摘要 铸造行业存在着大量高强度、重复性、工作环境恶劣的工序,随着科学技术发展,特别是工业机器人和智能相机技术飞速发展,原来不容易实现自动化的应用场景已经有了实现可能。分析了基于工业机器人在悬链上下件中随动技术的应用,通过工业机器人与智能相机的配合,利用附加的编码器,实现在悬链不停止状态下的承运上下件。随动技术的使用为铸造企业提供了可靠性高、兼容多种产品及自动化程度高的设备,把人力从高强度、恶劣的工作环境中解脱出来,能够有效减少职业危害,同时全面提升工厂的生产效率。 There are a large number of high-strength,repetitive,and harsh working environment processes in the foundry industry.With the development of science and technology,especially the rapid development of industrial robots and smart camera technology,it is possible to realize application scenarios that were not easy to achieve automation before.The application of follow-up technology in the loading and unloading of catenary based on industrial robots has been analyzed in the text.Through the cooperation of industrial robots and smart cameras,additional encoders have been used to carry the loading and unloading of the catenary without stopping.The use of follow-up technology provides foundry enterprises with equipment with high reliability,compatibility with a variety of products,and high degree of automation,freeing manpower from the high-strength and harsh working environment,effectively reducing occupational hazards,and comprehensively improving the factory's productivity.
