摘要
目的调查31个省份儿科护士安宁疗护知识与态度现状,为培养儿科安宁疗护专科护士提供依据。方法2020年10月,选取31个省份74所医院的儿科护士370名为研究对象,采用安宁疗护知识及态度问卷对其进行调查,并分析其影响因素。结果儿科护士安宁疗护知识和态度得分分别为54.55(39.77,81.82)分和72.44(64.57,78.74)分。不同学历、岗位、职称、用工性质、有无安宁疗护培训经历的儿科护士,其安宁疗护知识差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);不同性别、学历、科室、用工性质、收入满意度、个人健康状况的儿科护士,其安宁疗护态度差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示,影响安宁疗护知识的主要因素为学历、安宁疗护培训经历、职称、岗位;影响安宁疗护态度的主要因素为学历、科室、收入满意度、个人健康状况。结论儿科护士安宁疗护知识水平较低,态度处于及格水平,受多因素影响;建议对儿科护士进行针对性的安宁疗护教育培训,以推动儿童安宁疗护事业发展。
Objective To investigate the status quo of pediatric nurses’knowledge and attitudes of palliative care in 31 provinces,so as to provide reference for training pediatric nurses specialized in palliative care.Methods In October 2020,370 pediatric nurses from 74 hospitals in 31 provinces were selected and a questionnaire survey was conducted by palliative care knowledge questionnaire and attitude questionnaire.Results The scores of palliative care knowledge and attitude were 54.55(39.77,81.82)and 72.44(64.57,78.74)respectively.There were statistically significant differences in palliative care knowledge among pediatric nurses with different educational background,post,professional title,employment category and training experience(all P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in palliative care attitudes among pediatric nurses with different gender,education background,department,employment category,income and personal health condition(all P<0.05).The results of Logistic regression analysis showed that the main influencing factors of palliative care knowledge were education background,training experience,professional title and post;while the main influencing factors of palliative care attitude were gender,education background,department,income satisfaction and personal health status.Conclusions The knowledge level of pediatric nurses’palliative care is at a low level while the attitude is at the pass level,which are influenced by many factors.Training is necessary for the pediatric nurses to promote the development of the cause of children’s tranquility therapy and nursing.
