摘要
分析深圳市医务人员对安宁疗护培训的需求,设计培训课程体系。获得深圳市安宁疗护试点机构医务人员自填问卷461份,对培训需求进行描述性统计,采用单因素分析法分析培训需求的统计学差异。深圳市医务人员具有较高培训需求(81.78%~93.49%);安宁疗护沟通及社会支持的培训需求强烈(91.32%~93.49%);是否从事或有意愿从事安宁疗护、是否参与过安宁疗护培训在需求得分方面有统计学意义。应当针对深圳市医务人员开展安宁疗护系统性培训;应当丰富安宁疗护沟通及社会支持的培训内容;重点面向正在开展或未来有意愿从事安宁疗护以及具备相关学习基础的群体开展工作。
This paper analyzes the training needs of medical professionals in Shenzhen for hospice care and proposes a training course system.A total of 461 self-administered questionnaires were collected from healthcare professionals in Shenzhen hospice care pilot institutions,and descriptive statistics were used to describe the training needs,and univariate analysis was used to analyze the statistical differences in training needs.The results indicate that healthcare professionals in Shenzhen have a high training demand(81.78%~93.49%).The demand for training in hospice care communication and social support is particularly strong(91.32%~93.49%).There were statistically significant differences in demand scores between those who engaged in or were willing to engage in hospice care and whether they had participated in hospice care training.This suggests the need for systematic hospice care training tailored to healthcare professionals in Shenzhen.The training content should be enriched,with a focus on hospice care communication and social support.Special attention should be given to those currently engaged in or interested in hospice care and those with relevant learning foundations.
