摘要
研究了含硫“类二噁英”化合物多氯代二苯并噻吩(PCDTs)中的2,3,7,8-四氯代二苯并噻吩(2,3,7,8-TCDT)在锦鲫(Carassius auratus)不同组织中的生物富集规律和对肝脏的氧化损伤。结果表明,2,3,7,8-TCDT在锦鲫各组织中的富集能力表现为肝脏>鳃>肌肉。2,3,7,8-TCDT在锦鲫体内各组织中的生物富集浓度与暴露时间、暴露浓度均正相关。在2,3,7,8-TCDT质量浓度0.1μg/L的低剂量暴露下也会引起锦鲫体内的生物富集,并且暴露浓度越低,吸收速率越快。与没有2,3,7,8-TCDT暴露的对照组相比,锦鲫肝脏中抗氧化酶(超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶)活力在2,3,7,8-TCDT质量浓度1.0μg/L暴露下升高,在10.0、100.0μg/L暴露下降低。同时,丙二醛在2,3,7,8-TCDT中高浓度暴露下极显著增加(p<0.01),证实2,3,7,8-TCDT低剂量暴露会诱导锦鲫肝脏抗氧化酶的产生以对抗氧化损伤,但随着2,3,7,8-TCDT暴露浓度升高可导致锦鲫肝脏出现氧化损伤。
2,3,7,8-Tetrachlorodibenzothiophene(2,3,7,8-TCDT),a sulfur-containing“dioxin-like”compound of polychlorinated dibenzothiophenes(PCDTs),was used to study its tissues bioaccumulation and hepatic oxidative damage in Carassius auratus.Results showed that the bioaccumulation capacity of 2,3,7,8-TCDT in Carassius auratus tissues ordered as liver>gill>muscle.The bioaccumulation concentration was positively correlated with exposure time and exposure concentration.Even under the low exposure mass concentration of 0.1μg/L,2,3,7,8-TCDT would bioaccumulated in Carassius auratus,with uptake rate decreasing as exposure concentration increased.Compared with the control without 2,3,7,8-TCDT exposure,the activities of antioxidative enzymes(superoxide dismutase,catalase and glutathione peroxidase)in liver of Carassius auratus were increased in 1.0μg/L of 2,3,7,8-TCDT exposure,but decreased in 10.0 and 100.0μg/L.Meanwhile,malondialdehyde increased extreme-significantly in 10.0 and 100.0μg/L of 2,3,7,8-TCDT exposure(p<0.01).Therefore,it was confirmed that liver of Carassius auratus could withstand low 2,3,7,8-TCDT exposure by inducing antioxidative enzymes,but hepatic oxidative damage would occurr as 2,3,7,8-TCDT exposure increased.
