2,3,7,8-四氯代二苯并噻吩在锦鲫不同组织中的生物富集及对肝脏的氧化损伤 被引量:1

摘要 研究了含硫“类二噁英”化合物多氯代二苯并噻吩(PCDTs)中的2,3,7,8-四氯代二苯并噻吩(2,3,7,8-TCDT)在锦鲫(Carassius auratus)不同组织中的生物富集规律和对肝脏的氧化损伤。结果表明,2,3,7,8-TCDT在锦鲫各组织中的富集能力表现为肝脏>鳃>肌肉。2,3,7,8-TCDT在锦鲫体内各组织中的生物富集浓度与暴露时间、暴露浓度均正相关。在2,3,7,8-TCDT质量浓度0.1μg/L的低剂量暴露下也会引起锦鲫体内的生物富集,并且暴露浓度越低,吸收速率越快。与没有2,3,7,8-TCDT暴露的对照组相比,锦鲫肝脏中抗氧化酶(超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶)活力在2,3,7,8-TCDT质量浓度1.0μg/L暴露下升高,在10.0、100.0μg/L暴露下降低。同时,丙二醛在2,3,7,8-TCDT中高浓度暴露下极显著增加(p<0.01),证实2,3,7,8-TCDT低剂量暴露会诱导锦鲫肝脏抗氧化酶的产生以对抗氧化损伤,但随着2,3,7,8-TCDT暴露浓度升高可导致锦鲫肝脏出现氧化损伤。 2,3,7,8-Tetrachlorodibenzothiophene(2,3,7,8-TCDT),a sulfur-containing“dioxin-like”compound of polychlorinated dibenzothiophenes(PCDTs),was used to study its tissues bioaccumulation and hepatic oxidative damage in Carassius auratus.Results showed that the bioaccumulation capacity of 2,3,7,8-TCDT in Carassius auratus tissues ordered as liver>gill>muscle.The bioaccumulation concentration was positively correlated with exposure time and exposure concentration.Even under the low exposure mass concentration of 0.1μg/L,2,3,7,8-TCDT would bioaccumulated in Carassius auratus,with uptake rate decreasing as exposure concentration increased.Compared with the control without 2,3,7,8-TCDT exposure,the activities of antioxidative enzymes(superoxide dismutase,catalase and glutathione peroxidase)in liver of Carassius auratus were increased in 1.0μg/L of 2,3,7,8-TCDT exposure,but decreased in 10.0 and 100.0μg/L.Meanwhile,malondialdehyde increased extreme-significantly in 10.0 and 100.0μg/L of 2,3,7,8-TCDT exposure(p<0.01).Therefore,it was confirmed that liver of Carassius auratus could withstand low 2,3,7,8-TCDT exposure by inducing antioxidative enzymes,but hepatic oxidative damage would occurr as 2,3,7,8-TCDT exposure increased.
