摘要
组蛋白去乙酰化酶是一种应用广泛且能够在多种肿瘤组织细胞中实现高表达的酶家族,这种酶会直接影响到肿瘤的发生过程以及发展过程,被认为一种能够治疗肿瘤的有效靶点。因此,研究开发新型的组蛋白去乙酰化酶抑制剂对肿瘤疾病的治疗具有重要的意义。近年来,关于组蛋白去乙酰化酶抑制剂的研究与开发取得了快速的发展。综述了组蛋白去乙酰化酶抑制剂的作用,并分类介绍其研究进展,期望对组蛋白去乙酰化酶抑制剂的研究与开发提供参考。
Histone deacetylase is a widely used enzyme family which can be overexpressed in many kinds of tumor tissues and cells,it is considered an effective target to treat tumor.Therefore,the research and development of new histone deacetylase inhibitors for the treatment of tumor diseases is of great significance.In recent years,the research and development of histone deacetylase inhibitors have made rapid progress.In this paper,the function of histone deacetylase inhibitors was briefly reviewed,and its research progress was introduced.It was expected to provide reference for the research and development of histone deacetylase inhibitors.
