摘要
作物育种以遗传学为理论基础,综合运用了植物生态、植物生理、生物化学、植物病理等学科的知识,对发展种植业生产、保证粮食安全具有重要的意义。育种数据具有数据量大、类型多样、结构复杂、时序性强的特点,传统的育种方法难以高效处理海量的育种数据。现代信息技术的飞速发展为育种技术的数字化提供了机会,以小麦为研究对象,通过对其育种原理的深入分析,开发了小麦数字化育种系统,实现了育种流程的数字化。系统具有材料评价、育种管理、实验设计等功能,为育种家提供了一个高效的育种平台,可以有效降低育种成本,提高育种的目标性、时效性、准确性和效率,辅助育种家做出决策。
Crop breeding is based on genetics and comprehensively using the knowledge of plant ecology,plant physiology,biochemistry and plant pathology,and it is of great significance to develop planting production and ensure food security.Breeding data has the characteristics of large amount,diverse types,complex structure and strong timing.Traditional breeding methods are difficult to deal with massive breeding data efficiently.The rapid development of modern information technology provides an opportunity for the digitization of breeding technology.Taking wheat as the research object,through the in-depth analysis of its breeding principle,we developed a wheat digital breeding system and implemented the digitization of breeding process.The system has functions of material evaluation,breeding management and experimental design,and provides an efficient breeding platform for breeders.The system can effectively reduce breeding costs,improve breeding objectives,timeliness,accuracy and efficiency,and help breeders to make decisions.
