摘要
利用数据库管理和应用软件开发系统将山西农业大学高寒区作物研究所收集到的380份春油菜种质资源进行整理、鉴定、保存、评价和归类,并对每个材料的76项基本信息进行综合描述记录,建立基于Sql Server数据库管理系统以及芥菜型春油菜种质资源数据保存管理、种质资源数据评价检索和种质资源网络信息对外发布模块构成的应用管理平台,实现晋北地区芥菜型春油菜种质资源的充分共享和可持续利用,方便育种过程中种质资源的评价和筛选以及对新的种质资源数据录入、查询、统计,加强相关育种单位间的信息交流。
The database management and application software development system was used to sort,identify,save,evaluate and classify 380 spring rapeseed germplasm resources collected by the Institute of the Crops in High Latitude and Cold Climate Area,Shanxi Agricultural University.76 basic information of each material was comprehensively described and recorded,and a management system was eatablished based on Sql Server database,a management platform consisting of germplasm resource data management,germplasm resource data retrieval,and germplasm resource network information release was established,to achieve the full sharing and sustainable use of spring rapeseed germplasm resources in northern Shanxi,and facilitate the evaluation and selection of germplasm resources in the breeding process and new germplasm input,query and statistics,and strengthen the information exchange between relevant breeding units.
