一种活性染料湿摩擦牢度提升剂的合成及应用 被引量:1

摘要 在氮气保护下,以二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)和甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(MPS)为原料,合成一种湿摩擦牢度提升剂M,并应用于棉织物的活性染料固色后处理中。考察了引发剂用量、螯合剂用量、单体浓度及配比、反应温度、反应时间等因素对反应产物性能的影响,优化的共聚物合成工艺条件为:单体质量分数ω=50%,甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷用量为10%,反应温度80℃,反应时间4h,引发剂用量为1.2%,螯合剂用量0.2%。结果表明,在活性染料固色后处理中,该提升剂QY对织物具有较好的固色性能,经其处理的织物染色牢度效果较好,干摩擦牢度可达4-5级,皂洗牢度可达4-5级,尤其是湿摩擦牢度可达3-4级。 The copolymer QY was synthesized under nitrogen atmosphere.Using dimethyl diallylammonium chloride(DMDAAC)and methacryloxy propyl trimethoxyl silane(MPS)as raw material,and it was applied to cotton reactivedyeing as a fixing agent.The influence of dosage of initiator,chelating agent dosage,monomer concentration and ratio,reaction temperature,reaction time on the property of the copolymer QY were analyzed,and the wet rubbing fastness improver synthetic conditions were optimized.The experimental results indicate that under the optimum conditions of reaction time 4 h,50%of monomer,the dosage of MPS was 10%,the dosage of initiator was 1.2%,Chelating agent was 0.2%,reacted at 80℃.The application performance of copolymer QY was tested,and the results show that using the copolymer QY as wet rubbing fastness improver in reactive dyed cotton fabric,the wet rubbing fastness of fabric could reach level 3-4,the dry rubbing fastness could be level 4-5,and soaping fastness could reach level 4-5.
