摘要
采用季铵型阳离子改性剂3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵(CHPTAC)对黏胶织物进行改性处理后用活性染料在无盐条件下进行染色用商业,用湿摩擦牢度提升剂FM-8对试样进行后整理。通过SEM观察改性试样发现,这一改性处理工艺对试样表面无损伤。研究表明,黏胶织物试样的最佳改性工艺参数为:CHPTAC用量80 g/L,改性温度70℃,NaOH用量20 g/L,Na_(2)CO_(3)10 g/L。改性试样的上染率明显优于有盐染色织物,其k/s值和染色均匀度好于有盐染色织物,改性试样的干湿摩擦色牢度均可达4-5级。
The viscose fabric was modified with 3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride(CHPTAC),and then the modified fabric was dyed with reactive dyes in salt-free condition and finished with commercial wet rubbing fastness enhancer FM-8.The modified sample was observed by SEM and it was found that the modified process had no damage to its surface.The results showed that the optimal modification parameters of viscose fabric were as follows:the dosage of CHPTAC was 80 g/L,the modification temperature was 70℃,the dosage of NaOH was 20 g/L,and the dosage Na_(2)CO_(3)was 10 g/L.The dyeing rate of the modified sample was obviously better than that of the salt-dyed fabric,and its k/s value and dyeing uniformity were better than those of the saltdyed fabric.The color fastness to dry and wet friction of the modified sample would reach grade 4-5.
