摘要
计转站系统作为油气集输系统的重要环节,其能耗巨大且结构复杂,科学完整的评价计转站系统整体能效水平十分关键.基于层次分析法的分析思想,以计转站耗热和耗电为基础,确定计转站系统的影响因素,将计转站系统划分为计转站热能系统、计转站电能系统以及计转站所辖集油井口系统,建立计转站系统能效指标评价体系,分析计转站系统的能效系数在全年12个月下的变化规律,识别计转站系统中用能薄弱环节,给出改进建议,为油田计转站系统节能降耗提供一定理论依据.
As an important part of oil and gas gathering and transportation system,the metering and transfer station system has huge energy consumption and complex structure.It is very important to evaluate the overall energy efficiency level of the metering and transfer station system scientifically and completely.Based on the analysis idea of the analytic hierarchy process,this paper determines the influencing factors of the metering and transferring station system on the basis of the heat and electricity consumption of the metering and transferring station.The metering and transferring station system is divided into the heat energy system of the metering and transferring station,the electric energy system of the metering and transferring station and the oil gathering wellhead system under the jurisdiction of the metering and transferring station.The energy efficiency index evaluation system of the metering and transferring station system is established,and the variation law of the energy efficiency coefficient of the metering and transferring station system in the 12 months of the year is analyzed.The weak links in the energy consumption of the metering and transferring station system are identified,and the improvement suggestions are given,which provides a theoretical basis for the energy saving and consumption reduction of the metering and transferring station system in the oilfield.
