摘要
为客观评价城市公共安全感等级,文章基于城市自然、生态、卫生、食品、交通、公共设施、治安、社会保障和信息九个方面构建了城市公共安全感评价指标体系,分别采用层次分析法、熵权法和变异系数法确定主客观权重,应用相对熵原理进行组合赋权,并利用灰色关联分析计算了关联度,最后,基于MATLAB实现了数学评价模型,评析了我国城市公共安全感情况。结果表明,该评价方法可有效地对城市公共安全感进行定量化评价,评价结果较为准确、可信。
In order to objectively evaluate the level of urban public security, this paper constructs the index system of urban public security sense based on the nine aspects of urban nature, ecology, health, food, transportation, public facilities, public security, social security and information. And then the paper respectively adopts analytic hierarchy process(AHP), entropy weight method and coefficient of variation method to determine subjective and objective weights, and applies the relative entropy principle to combine weight, using grey correlation analysis to calculate the correlation degree. Finally, the mathematical evaluation model is realized based on MATLAB, and the public security situation of the Chinese cities is evaluated and analyzed. The results show that the evaluation method can be effectively used to quantitatively evaluate the city public security, and the result of the evaluation is more accurate and credible.
