摘要
基于2030年可持续发展目标,从经济发展、民生改善、资源利用、环境质量4个方面构建评价指标体系,采用相对熵方法进行组合赋权,从整体与系统两个角度揭示甘肃省城镇化可持续发展水平的动态变化过程及空间分布特征;运用因子分析法探索影响其发展的主要因素.结果表明,甘肃省城镇化可持续发展水平波动上升,发展趋势良好;各系统可持续发展水平总体呈上升趋势,其中环境质量系统上升幅度最大,经济发展系统上升幅度最小.城镇化可持续发展水平呈"双峰"式的空间结构,即兰州和河西走廊地区水平高、其他地区水平低;经济发展、民生改善、资源利用和环境质量系统可持续发展水平空间格局各异.公共资源持有量、经济发展活力、环境保护成效、经济发展结构、贫困消除能力是影响甘肃省城镇化可持续发展的关键因素.
Based on the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals(SDGs),an evaluation index system was constructed from the four aspects of economic development,people’s livelihood improvement,resource utilization,and environmental quality,and the relative entropy method was used for a combination weighting,to reveal from both the overall and system perspectives the dynamic change process and spatial distribution characteristics of the sustainable development level of urbanization in Gansu Province;and the factor analysis method was used to explore the main factors affecting its development.The results showed that the sustainable development level of urbanization in Gansu fluctuated upward,and the development trend was good;the sustainable development level of each system was generally on the rise,whose environmental quality system underwent the largest increase and the economic development system had the smallest increase.The sustainable development level of urbanization presented a"double peak"spatial structure,that is,the Lanzhou and Hexi Corridor areas had high levels and other areas low levels;the spatial patterns of economic development,people’s livelihood improvement,resource utilization and environmental quality system’s sustainable development levels were different.Public resource level,economic development vitality,environmental protection effectiveness,economic development structure,and poverty alleviation capacity were the key factors affecting the sustainable development of urbanization in Gansu Province.
