摘要
“双碳”目标是我国重大的战略决策之一,它为染料产业的发展带来机遇和挑战。它将会促进染料产业转型升级,实现绿色发展和高质量增长。但“双碳”目标的实施将增加染料企业的生产成本、给染料企业排放、各类消耗等带来强约束。只有实施工业低碳行动和绿色制造工程,才能使染料行业真正实现“碳达峰”“碳中和”之目标。
The dual carbon goal is the major strategic decision of China.It brings opportunities and challenges to the development of dye industry.It is expected to promote the transformation and upgrading,green development and high-quality growth of dye industry.However,it will increase the production cost of dyestuff enterprises and prescribe a limit to the emissions.Chinese dye industry can reach the dual carbon goal only by implement low-carbon industrial actions and green manufacturing projects.
