虚拟电厂下建筑负荷与储能系统调度策略研究 被引量:1

摘要 传统建筑负荷控制参与电网峰谷调节时,并没有考虑实际虚拟电厂中的建筑分布式发电单元和储能单元,分布式发电单元以及其他负荷的功率波动将会带来不确定性和复杂性。提出了一种基于需求响应的建筑负荷与储能单元的协调调度策略。首先,建立了储能系统和需求响应的数学模型,将虚拟电厂调度问题转化为混合整数规划问题。其次,在GAMS环境下构建虚拟电厂优化调度模型,调用CPLEX(MIP)优化求解器求解得到了电池储能的调度策略。最后,结果证明了调度策略的有效性。 The traditional building load control in power grid peak regulation is applied,without considering distributed generation units and storage units in the virtual power plant,power fluctuation of distributed generation units and other loads which will bring uncertainty and complexity.A coordinated control strategy of building load and energy storage unit is proposed.The mathematical model of energy storage systems and demand response are built,The virtual power plant scheduling problem is transformed into mixed integer programming problem.Secondly,the optimization scheduling model of virtual power plant was built under GAMS environment,and the scheduling strategy of battery storage was solved by using CPLEX(MIP)optimization solver.Finally,the results prove the effectiveness of the proposed scheduling strategy.
