摘要
早期临床治疗血管内血栓形成以切开血管取出血栓为主要治疗方法,随着血管腔内治疗手段进步和设备的创新,腔内治疗已成为治疗血管内血栓形成的新兴手段。尤其是机械吸栓术已逐步成为国内外研究的焦点。本文采用文献分析法对有关AngioJet机械吸栓系统在肺栓塞、下肢深静脉血栓形成、急性下肢动脉缺血、门静脉血栓等领域的应用情况进行综述,并对其安全性、并发症及存在的问题进行论述,以期能对血栓性疾病的治疗提供参考。
The mainly early treatment of intravascular thrombosis was to cut the blood vessel and remove the thrombus.With the innovation of intravascular treatment methods and equipment,endovascular treatment has become an emerging method for the treatment of intravascular thrombosis.Mechanical thrombus aspiration has gradually become the focus of research at home and abroad.In this paper,the application of AngioJet mechanical aspiration system in the fields of interventional treatment of pulmonary embolism,deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremities,acute arterial ischemia of the lower extremities,and portal vein thrombosis is reviewed by analyzing the literature and the safety,complications and existing problems are discussed to provide reference for the treatment of thrombotic diseases.
