摘要
化工生产具有较高的危险性,必须重视安全生产管理工作,将意外事故发生概率降到最低,通过落实与优化安全生产与管理制度,促进化工企业的可持续发展。但由于受到各种因素影响,化工企业在安全生产管理中还面对着各种各样问题,例如,企业管理制度不完善不健全、管理水平较低等原因,制约着企业稳定发展。本文主要探讨在化工企业中,安全生产管理工作的重要性,以及目前阶段中安全管理工作所出现的问题,并以此为基础探讨优化安全生产管理工作的具体方法,对指导企业安全生产具有一定借鉴意义。
Chemical production has high risk.We must pay attention to safety production management,minimize the probability of accidents,and promote the sustainable development of chemical enterprises by implementing and optimizing safety production and management system.However,due to various factors,chemical enterprises still face various problems in safety production management.For example,the imperfect enterprise management system and low management level restrict the stable development of enterprises.This paper mainly discusses the importance of safety production management in chemical enterprises and the problems of safety management in the current stage,and on this basis,discusses the specific methods of optimizing safety production management,which has a certain reference significance for guiding enterprise safety production.
