摘要
在“十四五”规划中,党中央明确提出了乡村振兴战略,把粮食安全作为重中之重,并作出了一系列相关的要求。在乡村振兴背景下,如何平衡好农业发展与粮食安全的关系,解决粮食安全目前所存在的问题,建设具有中国特色的粮食安全保障体系是大家关注的热点。分析了乡村振兴背景下我国粮食安全的现状及存在的问题,并提出解决我国粮食安全问题的对策和建议。
In the 14th Five-Year Plan,the CENTRAL Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC)has put forward a rural vitalization strategy,prioritizing food security as a top priority and making a series of related requirements.In the context of rural revitalization,how to balance the balance between agricultural development and food security,how to solve the existing problems of food security,and how to build a food security system with Chinese characteristics are the hot spots of concern.This paper analyzes the current situation of China’s food security under the background of rural vitalization,analyzes the existing problems,and puts forward strategies and suggestions to solve the problem of China’s food security.
