水利基础设施空间布局“一张图”管控平台建设研究与设计 被引量:1

摘要 为有效衔接国土空间规划编制,根据管控平台实际需要,研究并建立了水利基础设施空间布局管控的标准、规范和体系,完成了空间数据库的设计,并研究了矢量切片技术实现动态地图服务和空间大数据存储与快速检索技术。该平台采用了B/S架构,利用地理信息系统、数据库、H5等技术设计并开发,实现了面向全国的统一数据存储、快速可视化展示、数据动态更新及快速检索等功能。研究成果可为统一水利空间用途管控、规划编制审批、实施监督管理提供平台支撑。 In order to effectively connect the preparation of land spatial planning,according to the actual needs of the management and control platform,we studied and established the standards,specifications and systems for the spatial layout management and control of water conservancy infrastructure,designed spatial database,and studied vector slicing technology to realize dynamic map service and spatial big data storage and rapid retrieval technology.Based on B/S architecture and employing geographic information system,database,H5 and other technologies in design and development,China-oriented unified data storage,rapid visual display,dynamic data update and rapid retrieval are realized.The study results can provide platform support for unified water conservancy spatial utilization control,planning preparation and examination-approval,and implementation of supervision and management.
