摘要
针对碳化硅(SiC)等高速开关器件带来的长电缆过电压问题,分析了长电缆过电压产生原理及其影响因素,提出了一种基于相间变压器的抑制长电缆过电压的方法。通过建模仿真,结合双脉冲试验和BUCK电路试验进行了验证,结果表明该方法对抑制长电缆过电压效果显著。
Aiming at the over voltage problem of long cable caused by high-speed switch devices such as silicon carbide,the mechanism of over voltage of long cable and its influencing factors were analyzed,and a method of suppressing over voltage of long cable based on interphase transformer was put forward,which was verified by modeling simulation,double pulse circuit and buck circuit test.The results showed that the method was effective in suppressing over voltage of long cable obviously.
