摘要 了解高校教师在教学师生互动中的情绪劳动及其影响因素对高校教学具有重要作用。以工作要求—资源模型为框架,对高校教师教学中的情绪劳动进行深入事件访谈并进行事件分析。结果发现高校对教师的工作要求并不明确,更多要求来自教师自我的角色要求。高校教师在教学的过程中不仅要表现积极情绪,还要表现消极情绪,并且情绪劳动策略随着教师的不同状态和师生互动场景而发生动态转换。影响情绪劳动策略改变的因素包括个体特征、工作要求和工作资源等三类,师生互动在这三类影响因素和情绪劳动策略间起到调节作用。高校作为教师的组织资源系统,应该增强其组织支持作用,完善绩效考核体系,设置合理的工作要求,同时重视高校教师职业发展,培养教师情绪能力化,教师自身也应化被动为主动,把情绪与教学相融合,进而有效促进教学过程。 Understanding the emotional labor and its influencing factors in the interaction between teachers and students plays an important role in college teaching.Based on job demands-resources model, the paper conducted in-depth event interviews and analysis on the emotional labor of College Teachers in teaching. The major finding are as follows: the teacher’s job demands are not clear, and more demands come from teachers themselves. In the process of teaching, college teachers should not only show positive emotions, but also show negative emotions, and emotional labor strategies will change dynamically with teachers’ different states and teacher-student interaction scenes. The factors influencing the change of emotional labor strategies include individual characteristics, job demands and resources. Teacher-student interaction plays an regulatory role between these three factors and emotional labor strategies. As the organizational resource system of teachers, colleges and universities should strengthen their organizational support, improve the performance appraisal system, set reasonable work demands, pay attention to the professional development of college teachers, and cultivate teachers’ emotional ability. For college teachers, they should turn passive into active, integrate emotion with teaching, so as to effectively promote the teaching process.
