平板显示玻璃研磨机工作台真空吸附系统的改进及应用

摘要 论述了平板显示玻璃研磨机的工作台真空吸附的改进方法及应用,主要是在工作台台条的支撑平面开吸附凹槽,并将通气通道与真空泵连接,通过吸附凹槽及吸盘,对玻璃基板产生均等的作用力,使玻璃基板更加稳固地吸附在工作台台条上,降低研磨机加工玻璃基板过程中的碎屏率。 The improvement and application of vacuum adsorption on worktable of flat-panel display glass grinder were discussed in this paper.There are adsorption grooves on the support plane of the worktable strip,which are connected with the vacuum pump through the ventilation channel.And through the adsorption grooves and suction cups,the worktable can produce equal force on the glass substrate,making the glass substrate more firmly adsorbed on the worktable strip and reducing the screen breaking rate during the process of grinding.
