自然曝晒条件下聚脲涂层的耐老化性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 针对聚脲涂层,研究了其在自然曝晒180 d过程中拉伸强度和断裂伸长率等力学性能、光泽度等表面性能以及烟密度的变化规律,进一步采用傅里叶红外光谱、热失重分析、扫描电子显微镜、原子力显微镜等测试手段对涂层的微观结构与形貌进行了机理研究,并分析了自然曝晒条件下涂层耐老化性能变化的机理。研究结果表明:曝晒后涂层的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率等力学性能有不同程度的下降,光泽度和烟密度分别下降了99.89%和82.20%;而润湿性、热稳定性提高;曝晒后涂层的表面发生龟裂,其粗糙度增加。曝晒过程对涂层化学结构的影响较大,曝晒后涂层微相分离程度提高,通过红外定量分析可知曝晒后涂层的氢键键长和氢键化程度皆降低。 In this paper,the mechanical property changes of polyurea coating including tensile strength and breaking elongation were studied,as well as surface state such as glossiness,and smoke density during 180 days of natural exposure.Furthermore,Fourier infrared spectroscopy,thermogravimetric analysis,scanning electron microscope and atomic force microscope were used to characterize the microstructure and morphology of the coating,and the mechanism of the change in the anti-aging performance of the coating under natural exposure was analyzed.The results showed that the mechanical properties such as tensile strength and breaking elongation of the coating decreased after exposure.The gloss and smoke density respectively decreased by 99.89%and 82.20%,while the wettability and thermal stability increased.After exposure,the coating surface cracked and the roughness increased.The exposure process has a great impact on the chemical structure of the coating.After exposure,the degree of microphase separation of the coating increases.Quantitative analysis of the infrared spectrum shows that the hydrogen bond length and the degree of hydrogen bond of the coating are reduced after exposure.
