摘要
国外儿童玩具图书馆起步较早,发展迅速,在服务目标、服务对象、服务内容、玩具提供、会员制度、玩具管理以及运行保障等方面形成了独特的运行机制。借鉴国外儿童玩具图书馆的经验,我们可以注重实现服务对象的多元化,关注特殊儿童的需要;注重服务内容的丰富性,满足儿童多样化的需求;完善儿童玩具图书馆的管理模式,使其良性持续运行;加大培训力度,提高工作人员的专业素养。
Foreign children’s toy libraries started early,developed rapidly,and have formed a unique operating mechanism in terms of service objects,service targets,service content,toy provision,membership system,toy management,and operational guarantees.Learning from the experience of foreign children's toy libraries,we can diversify service targets,pay attention to the needs of disadvantaged children,enrich service content,satisfy children’s various needs,improve management model,and strengthen staff training and improve their professional qualities.
