摘要
茶产业作为我国的优势产业,不断推动着我国农业经济的发展,其中地域茶产业成为当地“三农”工作开展的重要抓手,为我国全面建成小康社会,打赢脱贫攻坚做出了重要贡献。在茶产业发展的新形势下,英德红茶的发展迎来了新的机遇,本文通过回顾英德红茶产业目前的产量规模、当地涉茶企业的品牌价值、所获荣誉、科技创新以及茶旅融合等方面的发展情况,并采用SWOT-PEST综合分析法构建英德红茶产业的SWOT-PEST模型矩阵,从政治、经济、社会、科技四个层面分析英德红茶产业存在的优势、劣势、机会和威胁等因素,从而得出目前英德红茶产业发展具有政策扶持力度较大、地理位置优越、地方经济实力雄厚、相关科研机构应用广泛等优势和机遇。但也存在品牌建设单一、深加工能力欠缺、高技术人才缺乏等问题,面临茶行业相关法律不健全、红茶行业趋于饱和等威胁。针对英德红茶产业所存在的问题,本文从政府、社会、茶企三个维度,提出强化政府引导,优化发展环境;整合社会资源,加强科技支撑;掌握核心技术,延伸产业链条的发展策略。以期更好地促进英德红茶产业的高质量发展。
Tea industry,as China’s dominant industry,constantly promotes the development of China’s agricultural economy,in which the regional tea industry has become an important starting point for the local“three rural”work,and has made an important contribution to building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way and winning the fight against poverty.Under the new situation of the development of tea industry,the development of Yingde black tea has ushered in new opportunities.Firstly,this paper reviews the current development of Yingde black tea industry in terms of production scale,local tea related enterprises,brand value,honors,scientific and technological innovation,and tea tourism integration.Then,the SWOT-PEST model matrix of Yingde black tea industry is constructed by using SWOT-PEST comprehensive analysismethod to analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of Yingde black tea industry from four aspects of politics,economy,society and science and technology.Conclusion has been drawed that the development of Yingde black tea industry has advantages and opportunities such as strong policy support,superior geographical location,strong local economic strength and wide application of relevant scientific research institutions.However,there are also some problems,such as single brand construction,lack of deep processing ability,lack of high-tech talents,etc.,which are faced with the threat of imperfect laws of tea industry and saturation of black tea industry.In view of the existing problems,this paper proposes to strengthen the government guidance and to optimize the development environment from the three dimensions of government,society and tea enterprises by integrating social resources,strengthening scientific and technological support,grasping the core technology and extending the development strategy of the industrial chain to better promote the high-quality development of Yingde black tea industry.
