水泥类型对固井水泥环胶结强度与密封性影响的研究 被引量:2

摘要 深水浅层固井质量对固井完整性起关键性作用。水泥环完整性失效将会导致环空窜流的发生,严重的环空窜流不仅影响后续钻井施工,还会影响安全开采,甚至可能导致全井报废。为探究水泥类型对固井水泥环胶结强度与密封性的影响,设计开展了海洋环境模拟实验,结果表明:水泥浆硬度的差异对浅部弱胶结地层固井第二胶结面密封性的影响较小,但候凝时间对固井第二胶结面密封性的影响较大,适当延长候凝时间比提高水泥强度更有助于固井第二胶结面密封性能的提高。 The quality of deep-water and shallow-layer cementing plays a key role in cementing integrity.Failure of the integrity of the cement sheath will lead to the occurrence of annulus channeling.Severe annulus channeling will not only affect the subsequent drilling work,but also affect the safety of mining,and may even lead to the failure of the entire well.This paper designs and carries out marine environment simulation experiments to explore the influence of cement types on the cementing strength and airtightness of cement sheath.The experiment found that the difference in cement slurry hardness has little effect on the sealing performance of the second cementing surface in shallow weakly cemented formations,but the setting time has a greater influence on the sealing performance of the second cementing surface,so the setting time should be appropriately extended.It is more helpful to improve the sealing performance of the second cementing surface than to increase the cement strength.
